I started this business in October of 2020 after my 17-year career in the furniture and decor field came to a sudden halt when the company closed all its stores due to the pandemic. I created balloon garlands for a friend’s party and then my daughter’s birthday and it made me so happy. I twisted and smiled my way into creating Balloons with a Twist. My background is in interior design and architecture. I have an expansive array of skills and experience with colors, materials, florals, furniture, and all things creative. I am a true artist at heart.

I create three main centerpieces but if you are interested in customizing it – let’s chat further. I can wrap any color tulle around an 18” Orb Balloon. All centerpieces come on a 15” stand with a custom base to match your color theme. The aforementioned centerpieces start at $35 per item which does not include delivery. Additional colors, balloon sizes, foil balloons, decor and florals will increase the price.

These fun creations come in a variety of sizes including the tabletop, double tabletop, single character or number, double number or number/characters or an XL bouquet. The table tops start at $20-$40, singles start at $25, doubles start at $50 and XL bouquets start at $75 which does not include delivery. Additional colors, balloon sizes, foil balloons, decor and florals will increase the price.

The garlands are one of the most common pieces of decor I make. They are versatile because they can be made in any color, theme, length and shape. They can be placed on a wall, fence, staircase railing, on a backdrop stand, down a table as a runner, across tents for a sleepover… let's say the possibilities are endless. They start at $20 per foot (for 3 colors and 3 balloon sizes) and increase as the colors, sizes and addition of decor and foil balloons get added on.

Since each order is personal and unique to you, each price will vary. An estimated price is available upon request. All garlands are priced per foot so having measurements of the space where you would like your balloons to go will help you give you a general idea of cost. Backdrops, Arches and Decor are rentals and require a fee on top of the garlands per foot. Delivery costs depend upon the location of the event from Wantagh, NY.

A 50% deposit is due at booking. The balance is due the day of. I accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or cash.

Absolutely! That's my favorite part! You provide me with the time and location and I will be there. Delivery price based on mileage from 11793 (Wantagh) to your event location.

Absolutely! My home office is located in Wantagh (11793). They can be picked up within three days of your event on Mondays through Fridays 10am - 2pm or 7pm-8pm. I can supply you with an installation kit for any pick up orders. A large SUV with the seats down is required for pick up. However, I only allow pick ups on Garlands under 8’ and Bouquets. The other decor requires installation or a final touch by moi!

I recommend asap. If you know what you want please book so the date and time is yours! But a minimum of 30 days is a safe minimum to book.

My standard time is under an hour for arches, backdrops, garlands, and centerpieces. Larger custom designs will take longer which will be discussed during our custom design conversation.

You must cancel 3 days prior to your event. Your deposit is non-refundable but can go towards a future order.
